Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account on, or using any services provided by Sugar Mommy Canada (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.

2. User Eligibility

To use Sugar Mommy Canada, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You must not have been previously suspended or banned from our Platform.
• You must comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws in Canada.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Only one account is permitted per person.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment, threats, or discrimination against other users.
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or chain letters.
• Creating fake profiles, catfishing, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or intentions.
• Engaging in or promoting any form of sexual exploitation.
• Conducting any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or human trafficking.
• Using the Platform for commercial solicitation or advertising without our express written permission.

5. Membership Types and Subscription Terms

We offer different tiers of membership. All subscription fees are outlined at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Payment, Billing, and Refund Policy

All financial transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. Your payment information is encrypted and PCI-compliant. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided no premium features have been used. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription months or unused services.

7. User Conduct Standards

All members are expected to treat others with courtesy and respect. You agree to communicate honestly about your intentions and to follow all community guidelines. Violations of these standards may result in a warning, account suspension, or a permanent ban from the Platform without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the design, text, graphics, logos, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Sugar Mommy Canada and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. By creating a profile, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your profile content solely on and in connection with the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sugar Mommy Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount of membership fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This agreement to arbitrate will survive the termination of your relationship with us.

11. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. If your account is terminated for a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by email or through a notification on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
